Southington police reported that on Nov. 9 at 9 p.m., the Bristol police arrested Jessica Interligi-Vitale, 35, of Bristol and turned her over to the Southington Police Department on the strength of an active arrest warrant.
Southington police said Jessica Interligi-Vitale was charged with burglary second degree, larceny in the fifth degree, and fraudulent use of an ATM.
Police said the warrant reports that in the early morning hours of Jan. 25, Interligi-Vitale entered the residence of a family member in Southington and stole a wallet and the contents of a purse. Shortly thereafter, Interligi-Vitale, went to TD Bank on Queen Street in Southington and made a fraudulent withdrawal of $503 from the account of the Victim utilizing the bank’s ATM.
Interligi – Vitale was processed and held on a $50,000 cash surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on Nov. 10.
