The lease a senior signs at the time of renting is the key to understanding his/ her responsibilities concerning rental payments, maintenance of the property, and other obligations. Recently, seniors have been granted two benefits under a rental agreement that recognizes their special needs. Upon completion of the course, an insurance company must give a discount of at least 5 percent on auto insurance.
