At the American Clock & Watch Museum on Opening Day, Saturday, March 28, 2015, State Representative Frank Nicastro (D-Bristol), the first visitor for the 2015 season, presented the museum’s executive director, Patti Philippon, with an Official Citation from the Connecticut General Assembly. During his visit, he took time to speak with members from Girl Scout Troop #66452 and a few fellow visitors.
