Continuing its goal of meeting the demand for compassionate, quality immediate medical care at an affordable cost, New England Urgent Care will open its fourth location in Bristol on Dec. 15.
The facility is located at 576 Farmington Avenue (Route 6), across from Super Stop & Shop.
Each day during its weeklong Grand Opening, New England Urgent Care will offer one of the following free services: flu vaccinations, chair massage, and school physicals. Special gift bags will be given to the first 100 visitors. Interested parties can visit the website for a schedule of grand opening events and special offers.
“We are very excited to be part of the Bristol community and to offer exceptional immediate medical care at a fraction of the wait time and cost of a typical ER visit,” explained Michael Gutman, MD, PhD, FACEP and New England Urgent Care Medical Director, in a press release. “The town, local Chamber of Commerce as well as area residents and businesses have been very supportive.”
New England Urgent Care is open every day of the week — including all holidays and weekends. Each facility has the equipment, expertise and staffing to treat all non-life threatening illnesses and injuries for all ages, including infants and the elderly. New England Urgent Care also treats work-related injuries, offers comprehensive workers comp services, and performs physical exams as required for the Department of Transportation, work, school, sport, and youth camp without the need for an appointment.
Every facility is equipped to perform on-site X-rays, IV treatments, lab tests, castings and suturing.
