Due to ongoing utility work, portions of South Street, Church Street and Union Street will experience disruption to normal traffic operations for approximately three weeks, beginning on Monday, Oct. 27. The work will be primarily on South Street, between Route 69 and Main Street, but adjacent portions of Church Street and Union Street will also be affected. Lane closures will be in affect during the day, Mondays through Fridays, while the work is in progress.
Police officers will be on duty, and local, business and emergency access will be maintained. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
