MILWAUKEE (AP) _ Milwaukee police say they busted a coffee-toting teen-aged robber who made the mistake of leaving a paper trail.
Police say the 15-year-old girl was holding a cup of coffee from a fast-foot restaurant when she robbed a business at knifepoint Thursday afternoon.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports (http://bit.ly/YrMWH4 ) that officers went to the nearby restaurant, where surveillance video showed the teen. It turned out she had just filled out a job application there, listing her home address. Officers went there and arrested her.
The case will be presented to the district attorney’s office.
